I organised a Health & Wellbeing day at work for our Headquarters in February, and was not disappointed by Office Vitality. They were superb!

Having carried out an internal employee engagement survey, our employees wanted to feel well and fit at work, so it was my task to coordinate an event that captured their 'wishes', covering off diet and exercise in the office, whilst making it fun.

Hayley was prompt with communication, professional and offered solutions to our day. Our office is based in a business park, and facilities are limited in terms of catering facilities, so we booked an in-house nutritionist who presented live demos of how to make healthy and nutritious breakfasts, lunches and snacks, increasing energy levels whilst feeling full.

We also had desk yoga, which sounds like a funny concept, but taught our employees how to manage stress through breathing and what exercises they could do throughout the day at their desks, to incorporate general wellness and movement.

I also booked on-site masseuses. The faces of employees leaving the rooms were priceless - the looks of euphoria and relaxation seeping out of their pores. The only downside was that they had to go back to work afterwards!

Thank you, Hayley, for making our event so seamless. The Targus team will definitely be in touch if we plan any more health and well-being days!
