Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

To change or cancel an assignment, you must provide Office Vitality with notice 14 working days before the assignment's start date.

The following fees shall apply as Office Vitality will incur irrevocable administrative and labour costs in finding a suitable therapist for You. They will be deducted from any refund due to You:

(a) the sum of £25 or 10% of the Fees (whichever is greater) if you provide notice of 14 (or more) working days before the assignment's start date.

(b) 50% of the Fees if you provide Office Vitality with notice of 6 to 13 working days before the assignment's start date.

Payment of any refund will be made to You within 14 working days of the assignment cancellation using the same payment method You used to pay for the Order.

Office Vitality will notify you immediately if it obtains information that gives it reasonable grounds to believe that a therapist supplied to you is unsuitable for the assignment and will terminate it. Office Vitality will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a replacement therapist; if Office Vitality cannot do so, any advance payment you have made for services that have not been provided will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and refunded to You within 14 days of the termination of the Assignment using the same payment method as You used to pay for the Order.

Without prejudice to the other remedies or rights Office Vitality may have, Office Vitality may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. You will be liable to pay for all services provided up to the date of termination and for all expenditures falling due for payment after the date of termination from commitments reasonably and necessarily incurred by Office Vitality for the performance of the services before the date of termination.
